Internal information system<\/h1>\n

This channel has been created to facilitate an accessible, safe and effective means of communication through which informants can transmit the facts of which they are aware, ensuring their protection against any reprisals.<\/p>\n

The System will only be used to warn the company of the following aspects:<\/p>\n

I.-Any acts or omissions that may constitute breaches of European Union law provided that:<\/div>\n

    Enter within the scope of application of the European Union acts listed in the Annex to Directive (EU) 2019\/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law, irrespective of the qualification of such breaches by the domestic legal system;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  2. \n
    Affect the financial interests of the European Union as referred to in Article 325 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU); or<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  3. \n
    They affect the internal market, as referred to in Article 26(2) TFEU, including infringements of European Union competition rules and aid granted by States, as well as infringements relating to the internal market in connection with acts that infringe corporate tax rules or practices aimed at obtaining a tax advantage that distorts the object or purpose of the legislation applicable to corporate taxation.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    II.- Actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative infraction*.<\/div>\n

    (*In any case, all serious or very serious criminal or administrative infractions that imply economic losses for the Public Treasury and Social Security shall be understood to be included).<\/p>\n
