The project involved the installation of new equipment in order to expand the current facilities and partially ease the plant process.
TRESCA studied the feasibility and setting up of new equipment, such as centrifuges or carbon filters, taking into account the plant process and bottlenecks.
TRESCA Ingenieria executed the civil and structural engineering to allow the implementation of new equipment. In turn, it defined the auxiliary electrical and mechanical installations for the power supply and supply of equipment for the proper operation of the process and the quality conditions of the final product.
A load study was carried out under the new working conditions, both static and dynamic for the new equipment, defining the structural conditions of the chosen installations.
In addition, TRESCA Ingenieria was responsible for the complete project management and the execution supervision , taking into account the production downtimes.
This means a better use of space, as well as an improvement in the product quality, adapting to WACKER’s strict standards in its products in accordance with the pharmaceutical standards.
