TRESCA implemented a mechanical redesign for the pharmaceutical firm Deretril in its plant in Villaricos, Almería. The plant’s reactor and tank venting system are completely redesigned to increase the extraction speed according to the new conditions required by Quality.
TRESCA was contracted by the owner for the design of the project, which consists of the definition and construction of a new plant adjacent to the fermentation warehouse that will house the facilities for the preparation of the fermentation culture media.
The solution was developed by TRESCA, which provided the installation with the latest technological advances, with two automated warehouses optimized for the different presentations of its products: coils, reels, or rolls.
